Rondinaia is made from Chardonnay grapes fermented and aged in stainless steel. This delicately structured wine offers quickly evolving notes of apple and banana enriched with hints of almonds and aromatic herbs. It is a subtle mouthful supported by a well balanced acidity, and is an excellent companion to fish dishes.
